Who we are

EOLHQ is an independent reference site about SAP product end-of-life dates, operated by the owner of eolhq.com ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@eolhq.com.

Information we collect

EOLHQ does not ask you to create an account and does not knowingly collect personal information that you do not choose to send us. We collect:

  • Information you send us — for example, your email address and message when you contact us. We use it only to respond to you.
  • Usage and device data — collected automatically by analytics and (in future) advertising providers, such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar technical data, typically via cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them, and allow selected third parties (see below) to use them, to understand how the site is used and — once advertising is enabled — to help serve and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use, or intend to use, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate, anonymised usage so we can improve the site. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data as described above. Advertising — Google AdSense

We intend to display ads through Google AdSense. When enabled:

  • Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits, including interest-based (personalised) advertising.

Your consent choices

We ask for your cookie preferences through a banner and apply Google Consent Mode. Cookies are grouped into two categories:

  • Advertising — Google AdSense, used to show and measure ads. Off until you allow it, and you can refuse or withdraw it.

Analytics and advertising are off by default: until you allow them, these services run in a restricted, cookieless mode, and refusing is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Your preference is stored locally in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.

Children

EOLHQ is a professional reference and is not directed to children under 13.
